Now that the Election is over, let’s get back to Wizards basketball. Has the youth movement started?

G-Wiz it’s been one heck of a 24 hours. The Election is over and former (and now future) President Donald Trump is slated to be the 47th President but that’s not all. Tuesday was also the NFL Trade Deadline and the Washington Commanders traded for New Orleans Saints CB Marshon Lattimore. Adding a Pro Bowl player to a 7-2 contender like the Commanders will help them with their goal of winning a Super Bowl. With all of this excitement, it’s easy to take a break on the Wiz-Kidz but hold on, our rookies are good. I mean really good and the Wizards won’t be bad for as long as many think. Especially after the star-studded 2025 NBA Draft.

Has the youth movement officially started, yes. This also means some, if not all of the veterans will be shopped and traded from now up until the Trade Deadline. Below is a list of the Veterans who I believe will be traded this season. I also give my trade value to each player.

Malcolm Brogdon - Medium chance (injury concerns)
Value - Salary filler/young prospect/2nd round picks

Jonas Valanciuas - High chance

Kyle Kuzma - High chance

Marvin Bagley - Medium chance

Richaun Holmes - Medium chance

Jordan Poole - Low chance

Corey Kispert - Medium chance
