While I’d love to offer up 500-700 words on that thrilling Raptors-Knicks game, I’ve got a turkey to cook and presents to wrap like a toddler. So today, I’m just saying thank you.

I’ve been doing the podcast a very long time, and I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed it as much as I ever have over the course of this season, even with a 7-23 start. A big part of that has been having the newsletter as a new addition to the Locked On Raptors Media Machine, and I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to subscribe and read it each day.

We’re over 700 subscribers in just a couple months of operation, which is incredible to me. Please know that I appreciate every single last subscription and page view.

I’m not much for professional goals. But I’ve long considered getting to do a podcast while also writing and getting paid for it to be something close to ideal vision for me and my little corner of Raptors coverage. And because folks like you subscribe, that is now very much my reality, and it rocks. I’m stoked to keep bringing you the newsletter each day through this season and into what should be the most interesting pre-draft cycle for the franchise that I’ve gotten to cover in my decade-plus talking about this team.

2024 was a big one, but I’m gonna take this thing to new heights in 2025 and beyond.

Enjoy today’s podcast, where Vivek Jacob and I ran through our takeaways from Monday’s loss to the Knicks. And have a safe and happy holiday if you’re celebrating this week.

All the best. from your favourite Jonathan Mogbo propagandist.
